I started this blog as a means to help me return to the healthy lifestyle I lost somewhere along the way.  I feel that by tracking and logging and sharing my progress, then I will be more motivated.  Also, it will give me yet another reason to keep on so that my blog will not become a failure.

I turned 40 years old on March 27, 2008.  I thought this would be as good a time as any to make some major changes.  These will be chronicled here.  Also, please visit the About page.
